Senior Operations Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Operations Manager and this post is subject to continued Supporting People funding.

Hours: 37  hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (increasing to 30 with length of service)
Pension: 4% employee contribution, 8% employer contribution
Location: Bangor Advice Centre and Refuge

This post is funded by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive as part of the Supporting People programme and will be based in Bangor.

Summary of Post

To ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of North Down and Ards Women’s Aid community-based and accommodation-based services to women and children experiencing domestic or sexual violence/abuse in accordance with the values and ethos of North Down and Ards Women’s Aid and the requirements of funders and regulators.
